Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, unless placed over a weekend or on a public holiday - if this is the case, it will be dispatched on the next business day.
The Clever Dresser takes no responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail or any subsequent couriers used by them. All applicable custom and duty import fees must be borne by the recipient, and the cost of return shipping back to The Clever Dressers if the item(s) is returned. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

OUR RETURNS POLICY
While we hope you will be very happy with your purchases, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. In order to return or exchange goods, you must contact us first via email or telephone. You can send the goods you wish to return to The Clever Dresser store, please see address below, within 14 days of receipt. All items, including sale items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of your goods being received.
We will not accept returns outside of the above time frame other than for faulty goods. We will not accept returns for the item(s) that are not in their original condition, with labels attached. All items are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. We ask all customers to check all items upon receipt.
Returns will be made by the original payment method and may take up to five working days.
The refund includes the full value of the items returned, but excludes postage costs. The Clever Dresser is not liable for the cost of returning items and it is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods and that you always retain proof of posting. Please include your original receipt with the item(s). If any discount was applied to your original order any items returned will be refunded at the discounted price.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found www.hmso.gov.uk.
