Chiquita Short Dress by Scarlett Poppies

THE CHIQUITITA SHORT DRESS has our distinctive placement print “Good Earth” and is cut from an unpretentious cotton poplin.  A feminine and flirty dress fitted at waist, equipped with balloon sleeves for a statement and elasticated smock at back for extra comfort.
The waistband belt and neckline is mindfully crafted with mother-of-pearl and metal sequins, carefully attached by metallic threads.
The skirt part is tiered, ends above the knee and finished with pockets in the side seam.
